What is Telehealth?

Telehealth, an online video consultation, allows us to connect with you wherever you are in New Zealand, safely, professionally, and effectively.

Originally Telehealth was introduced to provide our clients with necessary care during the COVID 19 crisis.

However, now we have this technology onboard, it means we can offer this service to anyone unable to physically come in to the clinic.

To utilise Telehealth, clients need a computer/laptop with a camera and microphone or a smart phone. If this isn’t possible, we can provide phone consultations, but video is preferable as it allows us to assess the injured hand/wrist and demonstrate treatment strategies more clearly.
